Getting started
The more time you spend thinking about what you want to do, and researching your ideas, the better your decision will be. Consider all the options open to you; especially the unfamiliar ones. You might be surprised what they can offer.
Continuing to improve your qualifications will be important. There are so many ways to do this – both in education and training/work.
You can apply for more than one option at a time. Make your final decision once you get your exam results.
Need someone to talk to?
There are plenty of people who can listen and advise - parents and carers; Connexions personal advisers; teachers; friends. Discuss your ideas with them, get their opinions and consider what they say.
But remember - the decision is yours!
